The sessions I offer include Reiki but are more than Reiki. A private session includes a multidimensional healing experience woven with intuitive guidance, energy healing, emotional integration, quantum shifts and spiritual support. Whether you’re new to energy work or you are deep within your healing path, each session meets you exactly where you are and helps you recalibrate to your most aligned self.

I blend traditional Reiki with channeled insight, sound healing, guided visualization, subconscious reprogramming, and elements of shamanic, angelic and ancestral healing.

Each session is a sacred container co-created in the moment. After a brief discussion, we gently transition into a deeply relaxing experience where you shift into higher frequencies and connect with your Spirit Guides. You receive soul-led guidance, including channeled wisdom from your higher self and spiritual team to support the healing and transformation your body, energy, and soul are ready to embrace.

Ongoing Support

Although some experience lasting change after just one session with me, many clients choose to come weekly during times of transformation. Others prefer monthly, seasonal, or as-needed sessions. During times of major life transition, for deeper integration and personalized guidance, I also offer Private Life Coaching containers designed for women ready to rise, realign, and step confidently into a new chapter.
