I offer group and private yoga, meditation and breathwork classes. My unique teaching stye leads intention, integrating philosophy, spirituality, poses, breathwork and energetic tools to calm and regulate the central nervous system (along with all of the other systems within the body, mind emotions and spirit)

It is designed for experienced Reiki practitioners who feel ready to deepen their practice, expand their healing abilities, strengthen their connection to the unseen, and embody a new level of spiritual and energetic mastery.
Throughout this journey, you will receive the Usui and Holy Fire® III Master symbols, placements, attunements, and ignitions. You will participate in sacred ceremony, advanced Reiki practices, intuitive development, spiritual exploration, and preparation to teach Reiki should you feel called to share this work.

I personally created each Florida Water as a complete energetic formula. Every botanical, essential oil, crystal, sacred water, frequency, numerical code, and energetic elixir has been intentionally chosen for its meaning and its relationship to the purpose of the water.
Each formula is handcrafted in small batches and infused with Reiki, invocation, unconditional love, and a distinct energetic imprint. Created as ritual tools, these waters support energetic clearing, sacred space, spiritual practice, and conscious creation.
