Restore is a deeply restorative healing experience designed to shift your nervous system out of stress and into regulation from the moment you arrive.

You will be guided into a fully supported resting position as sound immersion, Reiki, breath, and subtle energetic guidance begin working immediately to settle the body, quiet the mind, and soften accumulated tension from the week.

This work supports the nervous system, energetic body, and emotional field simultaneously, creating both immediate relief and meaningful long-term benefits for overall balance and well-being. Many participants notice their intuition becoming clearer, deeper inner journeys unfolding, and a greater sense of connection to themselves over time.

When practiced consistently, this weekly reset can create profound shifts in how you feel physically, emotionally, and energetically, supporting lasting change in overall health and resilience.

Sessions are intentionally spacious, allowing you to simply arrive, lay down, and receive.  There is no movement required in this class.

I have well over 10,000 hours teaching experience & share a wealth of yogic knowledge and experiece with ages 0-100.

I offer group and private yoga, meditation and breathwork classes. My unique teaching stye leads intention, integrating philosophy, spirituality, poses, breathwork and energetic tools to calm and regulate the central nervous system (along with all of the other systems within the body, mind emotions and spirit)
