This is a focused, traditional Reiki session for those seeking gentle energetic maintenance, chakra balance, and nervous system reset. One hour session in person or virtual begin with minimal conversation, you’ll come in, settle right onto the table, and drop into the healing. This is a quiet, experience designed for deep restoration and energetic healing. Reiki is intuitively channeled to support harmony, grounding, and deep energetic alignment. For virtual sessions, you will settle into your home space comfortably while the energy is channelled to you through my voice, frequency and space.

Kids Energy Sessions (Ages 12 & under) – 30 minute: BOOK HERE
This is an in person only half hour option for kids only ages 12 and under at Elevation. Expect a gentle, powerful healing session to support emotional regulation, sleep, sensitivity, and energetic balance. Tips and tools for self regulation are provided(Parents are welcome to stay and relax at Elevation or drop off and come back)

MULTIDEMENTIONAL QUANTUM & CHANNELED HEALING OPTIONS:

These sessions are sacred containers for deep transformation. Each one is completely customized for you based on your soul’s needs. Whether you’re working through emotional heaviness, spiritual disconnection, or seeking in depth soul guidance, the healing meets you and empowers you where you are.
