MY METHODOLOGY
My work is an integrated practice of intuitive perception, energetic intelligence, nervous system awareness, studied and lived spiritual wisdom.
Each session is guided by attunement rather than formula. I listen deeply to what is present in your life and respond to what is ready to shift. The work unfolds through discernment, precision, and trust in the natural timing of change.
We work simultaneously with the emotional body, the energy field, and the conscious mind so that transformation is experienced, understood, and embodied. Insight is paired with integration. Awareness is paired with action. Healing is paired with choice.
This methodology honors both the subtle and the practical. It allows patterns to become visible, energy to stabilize, and direction to emerge with clarity rather than force. Change is supported through coherence instead of effort.

Private Coaching & Energy Work
We meet once a week of a one-on-one session held in person at mandira or via Zoom. Each session blends life coaching, emotional support, intuitive guidance, multidimensional energy work, reiki and grounding practices tailored to your needs.
CREATE: Mondays at 12 PM (Weekly Group Class)
Unlimited access to my weekly CREATE class, in person or virtual. This class supports integration, nervous system regulation, somatic manifestation, and embodied alignment throughout your mentorship.
Reiki I & II Certification
Full attunements, training, and certification in Usui and Holy Fire Reiki I and II, woven naturally into your mentorship. You be automatically enrolled in the certification classes and learn to work confidently with energy for yourself and others. (if you are already Reiki attuned , this can adjust)
Personalized Tools & Practices Specific For You
Weekly custom meditations, breathwork, somatic grounding, energetic rituals, and manifestation practices designed specifically for your path alignment and highest timeline. Expect recordings and specific tools and practices created for you.

I am a spiritual leader, teacher, and practitioner who holds real space in the real world. I run sacred spaces, mandira and mandira above, I have parter with local businesses and leaders and and guide women locally and internationally through embodied change with depth, integrity, warmth, and a sense of possibility. This work can be profound and it can be joyful. Both are allowed.
