This yoga class offers a loving, calming magical and welcoming environment designed to help you connect to yourself body, mind, emotions and spirit. ‍

What to Expect:

✨ Slow, mindful movements that flow with your breath
✨ Soothing music, soft lighting, and nervous system management
✨ Spiritual themes woven throughout, including mindfulness, guided visualizations and mantra
✨ Energetic techniques for healing and balance
✨ A peaceful closing space (savasana) for deep relaxation and meditation

Perfect for all levels, this class is more than just a physical practice, this is a true restorative journey toward inner peace and spiritual alignment.
