How to Use Florida Water

Florida Water can be incorporated into nearly any spiritual, energetic or ceremonial practice. It may be used to prepare your energy, deepen your intention, clear what no longer belongs and anchor the frequency you are choosing to embody.

Before using your water, pause.

Hold the bottle in your hands and connect with its energy. Take a slow breath. Name your intention aloud or silently. Listen for what your body, intuition or spirit is asking for.
