A Six Month Group Journey into Reiki Mastery

This six-month Reiki Master Teacher Certification is a sacred commitment, a profound energetic initiation, and an invitation into a deeper relationship with Reiki as both a healing art and a spiritual path.
It is designed for experienced Reiki practitioners who feel ready to deepen their practice, expand their healing abilities, strengthen their connection to the unseen, and embody a new level of spiritual and energetic mastery.
Throughout this journey, you will receive the Usui and Holy Fire® III Master symbols, placements, attunements, and ignitions. You will participate in sacred ceremony, advanced Reiki practices, intuitive development, spiritual exploration, and preparation to teach Reiki should you feel called to share this work.
The program unfolds over six months, allowing the teachings and energetic initiations to move beyond intellectual understanding and become part of your lived experience.
It is a crossing into a new relationship with Reiki and an initiation into the healer, mystic, teacher, and Reiki Master you are ready to become.
Throughout This Journey, You Will Learn To
Work with the Usui Master symbol and Holy Fire® III Master energy
Integrate the Master symbol with the other Reiki symbols
Deepen hands-on and distance Reiki treatments
Practice advanced meditations, psychic surgery, and metaphysical healing techniques
Strengthen intuition, visualization, energetic perception, and inner knowing
Use Reiki for healing, intention, manifestation, problem-solving, and meaningful goals
Incorporate breathwork, sound, crystals, oracle cards, and complementary modalities
Develop relationships with Reiki guides, angels, ancestors, ascended masters, and spiritual allies
Listen more deeply to the language of energy and the wisdom moving through each session
Hold sacred space with integrity, discernment, and clear energetic boundaries
Create treatments that reflect your unique gifts and energetic signature
Facilitate Reiki meditations, circles, ceremonies, and group healing experiences
Prepare to teach Reiki and offer placements, attunements, and ignitions

Live Participation
Participants are asked to attend each gathering live, either in person or online.
The teachings, placements, attunements, ignitions, ceremonies, and experiential practices build throughout the program. Each gathering opens the next layer of the journey and is an important part of the complete initiation.
I also understand that life can be unpredictable. Should circumstances make live attendance impossible for a particular gathering, we will discuss appropriate arrangements at that time.
Recordings may be provided for reviewing teachings and supporting integration, but they do not replace the live energetic initiations. (I understand that life happens so if you are going to miss a live session, we will discuss and make outside accommodations.)
Reiki Practice and Session Log
Reiki mastery develops through practice, presence, observation, and experience.
Throughout the six-month program, participants will offer and document Reiki sessions using a Reiki Session Log provided as part of the certification materials.
The log will include space to record:
The date and type of Reiki session
Whether the session was offered in person or from a distance
The symbols, techniques, and supportive tools used
Intuitive impressions and energetic observations
The recipient’s experience or feedback, when appropriate
Personal reflections and learning from each session
Patterns, shifts, synchronicities, and areas of growth
The session log is not about perfection or proving a particular result. It is a practice of witnessing your development and learning to recognize the subtle language of Reiki.
Over time, the log will allow you to see how Reiki communicates through you, how your intuition is developing, and how your unique expression as a practitioner is becoming clearer.
Session Log Overview
At the conclusion of the program, each participant will complete a one-page Session Log Overview reflecting on the larger story revealed through their practice.
This reflection may explore:
Patterns that appeared across multiple sessions
Techniques, symbols, or approaches you felt most connected to
How your intuition and energetic perception developed
Recurring messages, sensations, or synchronicities
What surprised or challenged you
How your confidence and presence changed
What the sessions revealed about your unique expression as a Reiki Master
The areas you feel called to continue exploring
This overview is an opportunity to step back from the individual sessions and witness the bigger picture of your growth.
Completion of the Reiki Session Log and one-page Session Log Overview are part of the certification requirements.
Monthly Practice and Integration
The time between our live gatherings is an essential part of the initiation.
Each month, participants will receive practices and integration assignments designed to deepen the teachings, strengthen their relationship with Reiki, and bring the work into lived experience.
Monthly assignments may include:
Personal Reiki and meditation practices
Offering and recording Reiki sessions
Working intentionally with Reiki symbols
Guided reflection and journaling
Distance Reiki practice
Intuitive-development exercises
Ceremonial or manifestation practices
Exploring Reiki alongside sound, crystals, oracle cards, breathwork, or another modality
Preparing elements of the Reiki Master Integration Project
Reading or reviewing selected sections of the manual
These practices are intended to support embodiment rather than create pressure. Participants are expected to remain engaged with the work and complete the required assignments throughout the six-month journey.
Reiki Master Integration Project
Each participant will create one Reiki Master Integration Project.
This project is an opportunity to demonstrate how Reiki has become embodied within your personal practice, healing work, spiritual path, or creative expression.
Your project may include:
A Reiki meditation, workshop, or ceremony
A specialized Reiki treatment or healing offering
A Reiki teaching outline or introductory experience
A personal healing, manifestation, or intention project
An offering that integrates Reiki with another healing modality
A written, artistic, ritual, or sound-based expression
Another approved project reflecting your unique gifts and expression
Each participant will share a brief reflection or presentation about the intention behind the project, the experience itself, and what was revealed through the process.
It is integration, embodiment, and the conscious expression of Reiki through your own unique channel.

Optional Reiki Master Equinox Preparation and Meet & Greet

We will gather at the threshold of the Autumn Equinox to meet one another and begin preparing for the journey ahead.
We will discuss:
The structure and intention of the six-month program
What you will need for training
How to prepare energetically and practically
Recommended reading and personal practices
What we will be learning and experiencing together
Questions about Reiki Master training, attunements, and certification
We will also share an Equinox meditation and Reiki preparation practice.
This gathering is completely optional. It will be available in person, live virtually, and as a recording.

We will close the journey through reflection, recognition, sacred ceremony, and the honoring of each participant’s passage into Reiki mastery.
Attendance
Every gathering and training will be offered in person at mandira and live virtually. Each session will also be recorded for continued study, review, and integration.
While the entire program can be completed virtually, I highly recommend if you are local, to attend in person whenever you can. The shared energy, hands-on practice, attunements, conversation, and connection within the group are deeply meaningful parts of the Reiki Master experience.
Becoming a Reiki Master
Becoming a Reiki Master is not reserved only for those who wish to teach.
The symbols, initiations, ceremonies, and practices you receive will deepen your healing capacity, refine your energetic awareness, and strengthen your relationship with Reiki.
Your mastery becomes part of your presence.
It enters the way you hold space, the way you speak, the way you create, the way you serve, and the way you move through the world.
As your relationship with Reiki deepens, you become more available to the intelligence moving through the energy. Your work becomes less about effort and more about listening, trust, presence, and allowing.
The energy you embody creates a ripple of healing that touches your relationships, your work, your community, and the people around you.
For those called to teach, this program also offers the foundation and preparation needed to guide others through Reiki training and initiation.
Teaching is optional.
Embodiment is the heart of the journey.
Certification Requirements
Reiki Master Teacher Certification is awarded upon successful completion of the program.
Requirements include:
Participation in all seven gatherings, with arrangements discussed if live attendance is not possible
Participation in the required placements, attunements, ignitions, and ceremonies
An ongoing personal Reiki practice throughout the program
Completion of monthly practices and integration assignments
Completion of the Reiki Session Log
Completion of a one-page Session Log Overview
Participation in class practices, reflections, and discussions
Completion of one Reiki Master Integration Project
Demonstrated integration of the teachings and ethical principles of Reiki
This level of training asks for presence, devotion, integrity, practice, and a willingness to enter the journey fully.
