Reiki One Certification: USUI/HOLY FIRE III
This is the first level, An Introduction to Reiki, for yourself that you can use to heal yourself and close family and loved ones.
No experience is necessary.
Join me for Usui and Holy Fire III Reiki One at Mandira.Above, my private healing space in downtown Fairfield. Whether you are new to energy work or called to return to your intuitive roots, this training is a powerful entry point into the world of healing.
The Holy Fire attunement you will receive gently rewires your energy field and activates deeper alignment with peace, clarity and inner strength. Students often describe it as a soul level shift that is subtle yet undeniable.
You are not just learning Reiki. You are learning how to become a clear and compassionate channel for healing.
You will explore:
How to use Reiki for self healing and caring for your loved ones in everyday moments. The roots and history of Reiki and how it works on physical, emotional and energetic levels. The intuitive language of the energy body including the chakras, the aura and the way your energy system communicates with you. The essence of Holy Fire Reiki, a refined frequency that brings healing, spiritual guidance and inner peace. Practices for grounding, energetic clearing and protection in daily life. Rituals and tools to regulate your nervous system and reconnect you to presence and purpose.
Whether you dream of becoming a practitioner one day or are simply focused on your own self development, this training meets you exactly where you are.

How to Prepare?
In the days before your attunement you may wish to spend time in quiet reflection. Journal about your intentions. Why are you called to Reiki right now? What are you ready to heal, activate or remember?
Drink plenty of water. Rest well. Limit alcohol in the days prior if you feel called to.
Come with an open heart and no expectations. The attunement will meet you exactly where you are. 💗
What to Bring?
Dress comfortable. Bring a journal and a pen. Bring your own lunch, we will take a break if you want to purchase one in downtown Fairfield. 💗
