REIKI: ONE HOUR SESSION
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on or distance healing technique that channels universal life force energy to support balance, relaxation, and deep energetic alignment.
Reiki Energy Healing: Traditional One Hour Session

This is a focused, traditional Reiki session for gentle energetic maintenance, chakra balance, and nervous system reset. The hour begins with simple settling and minimal conversation so you can move directly into the healing state. You rest comfortably on the table while the energy is intuitively channeled to support harmony, grounding, and deep alignment.
The experience is quiet and restorative, designed to bring your system back to center and remind the body how to feel safe again. Reiki meets you exactly where you are, without effort or performance.
For virtual sessions, you relax in your own space while the energy is transmitted through my voice, frequency, and intention. Distance does not limit the depth of the healing.

SOUL ALIGNMENT SESSION
Soul Alignment is my signature multidimensional, quantum one-on-one session, where the work unfolds intuitively based on what your system needs most in that moment. Rather than following a fixed method, I listen deeply and respond, allowing healing, guidance, and realignment to arise naturally.
This session may include intuitive energy work, shamanic practices, nervous-system support, light language, guidance from your spirit allies, soul retrieval and inner-child or soul-fragment integration, remembrance, and direct insight. The focus is restoring lost or disconnected parts of you back into wholeness, so your life can move forward with greater clarity and coherence.
