One hour session in person or virtual begin with minimal conversation, you’ll come in, settle right onto the table, and drop into the healing. This is a quiet, experience designed for deep restoration and energetic healing. Reiki is intuitively channeled to support harmony, grounding, and deep energetic alignment. For virtual sessions, you will settle into your home space comfortably while the energy is channelled to you through my voice, frequency and space.

Whether you are processing emotional heaviness, feeling spiritually disconnected, or seeking higher clarity and direction, these sessions meet you where you are and support you in returning to alignment, inner peace, and empowerment.
This work bridges intuitive guidance, multidimensional energy healing, somatic grounding, and soul-level insight. You may receive past-life or ancestral healing, inner child integration, energetic recalibration, timeline shifts, or higher-dimensional guidance if aligned with your journey. This extended session is designed for those ready for powerful transformation, timeline shifts, and soul-level breakthroughs. It's ideal when you're feeling the call for deeper spiritual work, life recalibration, or multidimensional clarity around your next steps.
This option includes an optional audio recording of any channeling or guidance that flows through.
A 2 hour deep dive is a full activation. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, deeply grounded, and more connected to your power and path. As a part of this session, we will follow up one week later for a half hour to regroup on progress and next steps.
ONGOING SUPPORT: MY LIFE COACH PROGRAM
Although some experience lasting change after just one session with me, many clients choose to arrange ongoing repatterning and support with weekly, bi-weekly or bi-monthly.
