I offer both group and private sessions in yoga, meditation, and breathwork, fostering a serene, playful, and compassionate atmosphere for all participants. Each session seamlessly integrates yogic philosophy and energetic techniques, safe postures, breathwork and tools designed to harmonize your unique body, mind, and spirit.
INTUITIVE LIFE COACHING
As your spiritual mentor, I'll guide you to embrace your innate light and magic. Recognizing on every level that you are a spiritual being having a human experience, I celebrate the uniqueness of your essence as your greatest gift. Through our weekly or bimonthly sessions, whether in person or on Zoom, we'll set goals, tap into your energy field, and activate intuitive and channeled healing guidance. You will receive personalized awakening tools tailored to integrate in your daily life on your unique path.

As an Advanced Reiki Master Teacher of Usui, Karuna and Holy Fire, Spiritual Life Coach, intuitive empath, all of my healing offerings include Reiki, advanced shamanic, psychic, esoteric, angelic and yogic healing techniques designed to restore energy balance and vitality by relieving the physical, mental and emotional effects of samscara, trauma and stress.
